Hi, I'm Mallory! Being in the fitness industry for close to a decade, I've gained quite the knowledge and experience with many walks of life. I am NASM personal training certified, NASM nutrition coach certified, and 300hr global certified yoga teacher through Shiva Rea's Prana Vinyasa. I believe living a healthy begins with maintaining a lifestyle suitable for you. My aim is to help you identify your goals, and design a program that fits your needs while guiding you through every exercise, and every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have and immediate impact with results in no time. Call me today and let’s start training together!

There’s never really been a time in my life when I wasn’t moving or working out! For me exercising=happiness. I absolutely love the feeling I get after completing a tough strength routine or high intensity interval training. 

I was an athlete all throughout grade school and college. While the COVID-19 pandemic was difficult in so many ways, it also allowed me the time to really fall in love with strength training. After about 10 years as a stay-at-home mom, I decided to pursue a path in the fitness industry in 2022. I began as a group fitness instructor at the local YMCA in Austin, TX and quickly found my calling.

​My husband and I moved to Syracuse, New York in 2023 for a better job and a less crowded life. I love the people here but still occasionally miss the 70° Texas winters!

When we work out together, I promise to encourage and motivate you to achieve your physical goals. Consistency is key, and I will help you stay consistent so you can see your progress. In our routines I like to combine strength exercises, balance, and interval training to improve your overall health and fitness. You can find me in the studio from 11:15-2:45 every weekday except Tuesdays (that’s my grocery shopping day!) Come workout with me and let’s get stronger together!
