Hi, I'm Mallory! Being in the fitness industry for close to a decade, I've gained quite the knowledge and experience with many walks of life. I am NASM personal training certified, NASM nutrition coach certified, and 300hr global certified yoga teacher through Shiva Rea's Prana Vinyasa. I believe living a healthy begins with maintaining a lifestyle suitable for you. My aim is to help you identify your goals, and design a program that fits your needs while guiding you through every exercise, and every workout.
